So I'm new to skullgirls, and I've been browsing around the forums for a week or so, and I found an old explanation of how Undizzy and IPS system works, but from what I've seen online, it just doesn't make since. I've had massively repeated strings and full undizzy meter stay unburstable. Is there someone who can explain how the systems currently work? the explanation I saw was posted near the end of last year.
