This has been a long standing issue that some how keeps escaping a fix. i'm unable to choose my arcade stick as my controller as it goes right to the menu (with the stick select stuck on screen). Does it on both Official and Beta builds. I don't know if this is the cause, but I do run a Program called DS4 Xinput Tool, that lets me plug in and configure a PS4 remote. Might have som'in to do with it as it goes away when I deactivate it and unplug the ps4 remote (then unplug/plug in the stick)..
