Defending Against Seria Blockstrings?

Recently I fought a Squigly player who constantly kept up blockstrings by Seria Canceling and instantly going into another over and over... what's the gap to counter? Do I have to learn all the Squigly PBGC timings?

This probably applies to Painwheel flight cancels too.

It depends on what they're doing. There's a million ways to do stancel stuff and it all depends on if they have stance charge and what they're cancelling off of. As a general rule, just pushblock and reset to neutral
