I don't see why one would assume she doesn't age, there's nothing that's ever been said about her not aging??

The rule of thumb is generally: unless explicitly stated otherwise, a character will age normally.

People ask this about Peacock, too. It's baffling. Alex confirmed she ages normally; the same is overwhelmingly likely to be true for Painwheel, too.
