Double Airthrow Tech Side Swap?

Looks like a late tech that happened right when he was pulled under you, probably due to the increased tech window? Either way thats cool and we should keep it.
 
Didn't Street Fighter 3 have throw tech sideswap? Anyway, I agree that that should be kept in.
 
So since it happened on stream last night, any input on whether this should/shouldn't happen?
