Double Lv 3 finisher

When you defeat an opponents final team member using Doubles Level 3 it does not have the new face-killed graphic.

By 'face-killed graphic' do you mean that effect when a round ends with a Blockbuster?
I don't think it's a bug, not all Blockbusters trigger that effect. (Valentine's Lv3 and Eliza's ground Lv1 for example)
