I can understand that MvC:I will be a 28 character roster in the beginning because it is two character team system. I don't like how there will be so much DLC already announced but that is the way it is these days, I have come to accept it. But I really hope there is a 30 minute presentation to justify the crummy selection, followed a 10 minute apology for not having Amingo as a part of it.

I don't know what Microsoft could do at their conference today that would bring the thunder and beat out Sony, at this rate Sonys mastered the plan to always win E3, wasn't last year just nonstop back to back game reveals with no hardware aside from PS4 Pro?
 
They were pushing VR last year. Also their conference last year was lackluster, it was nice that it was back to back games but wasn't one of the reveals open world zombie the game or something? I don't remember much beyond that, VR pushing, RE7 and God of War. This was last year right?

2015(?) was the big Sony victory year with Last Guardian, FF7 and Shenmue rolled out. And I guess 2013 where they had next to nothing but they came out on stage and literally just announced "we're not the Xbox One" and everyone considered that worth celebrating.

I mean in fairness, yeah, what is Microsoft going to do this year? They tried to trick people like me by announcing a Swery65 game, Phantom Dust remake and Scalebound one year, but I knew better and we all know how that turned out. Their idea of appealing to "gamers" is a new Halo and a new Gears.

And then Nintendo has an entire 25 minute stream? I don't see them pulling much this year, maybe they'll surprise us with Metroid and the first Mario RPG worth a damn in like a decade, but I doubt it. I don't remember if it was last year or not but the last E3 direct of theirs I recall was absolutely terrible.
 
Last year was Zelda and Some Other Games
E3 2015 was the last direct before Iwata died

If that is the case I am going to burst out fucking laughing on stream.
There is no one on the planet that would pay that much for an Xbox One Pro
 
Also apparently Evil Within 2 has allegedly leaked, please fucking no, I want Mikami to make good games. Make a successor to God Hand or something new, I don't care, just not this trash.

Times lookin' grim for the Microsoft Conference.
My expectations are about to be as goddamn low as EA's conference, and that still managed to disappoint me (THE FUCKING DRUMLINE OPENING)
 
I feel like I should go find a recording of the EA opening, but I'm scared.
 
EA at least revealed a really cool Co-op only game called A Way Out, a game about two convicts who escape prison, it's always split screen so one player could be in a cutscene while the other moves around.
This is much like EA 2015, where there was a lot of shit but the highlight was an Indie Game (Unravel)
 
So Bethesda's conference time has been flipflopping between 7PM PST (10PM) and 9PM PST (FUCKING MIDNIGHT), it seems it'll be the latter, since thats what the twitch channel says
Microsoft's conference is in 3 hours though

I just wonder what'll be at Bethesda.
Like, I dont think TES 6 is gonna happen, maybe another Fallout but not made by Todd.

This Metro sequence looks pretty cool, dynamic monster behavior... wait this is all pre-rendered isn't it. Yep, definitely pre-rendered.

This is why E3 isn't worth anything anymore.
 
As someone who liked 2033, could the Exodus trailer be more boring? It's just so generic.

"They are the first to call themselves the assassins" No... I know the games have never been close to historically accurate in any way ever but for fuck's sake, they actually had that right the first time.

WAIT DID HE SAY XBONE? GUYS HE FUCKING SAID XBONE.

Unless Microsoft announces 20 exclusive games all with specific contracts that none of them will be cancelled, and has an MS executive come up on stage and make a formal apology to Platinum games, I can't see the conference being that great.
