Eliza Air super, then dhc into BFF crosses up?

I can't tell if this is supposed to happen, but BFF will come out opposite the opponent and then bff will shoot away from the opponent.
Edit: it seems to work if its delayed towards the end of the super, but thought it weird that it was crossing up though
