UPDATE: IT'S NOT OVER YET. Autumn Games has made yet ANOTHER donation towards the Skullgirls EVO pot to the tune of $1,500 USD. Lab Zero Games have retaliated by themselves donating a STAGGERING $2,500 USD, obtained from the proceeds of EightySixed shirt sales. Excluding money generated from entry fees, this brings the Skullgirls Encore EVO pot to a heart-stopping $5,000 USD! For more information on this recent development, click here.

Hungry for fight money? Skullgirls has got you covered; Autumn Games has donated a sizable $1000 USD to the Skullgirls Encore tournament pot for EVO 2014! If by "guaranteed space" you mean the booth space that we have to pay for, then yes.

We'll see. If the event is separated into two rooms like it was last year, I really hope we'll be in the same room as the main tournaments taking place, or else it'll be a huge hassle trying to find/notify players who are also in other tournaments.

I'm talking with the EVO staff to see what we can do about that, but they're not very responsive. =/
 
The relatively small but still existent amount of money autumn is putting into marketing skullgirls is making me feel better about SG's future after the IGG characters.
Not really enough to think that we're getting more dlc characters or anything like that, but still optimistic.

Does it make you mad? I bet you wish you could, like, get money out of beating me at your own game in a public setting, as if I had some sort of bounty on my head or something. But there's no way anything like that is happening.

On a side note, @Vadsamoht is there a way to get YouTube videos in spoilers to play at their real size, at least if you fullscreen them? Currently, at least for me, it appears as a teeny little video in the top-left corner while saying "Skullgirls.com is now fullscreen".

Works for me. Browser/OS? Also some browsers require you to allow videos to go fullscreen - they often come up with a dialog to allow/deny permission to interfere with your window manager.

Well, Eventhubs I understand because lol, but it seems like SRK is really not interested in getting info out about our tournament at all. Not sure why, since people have to pay them to even enter the venue to play SG, so it seems like a mutually beneficial arrangement.

I will never understand the mysterious motives of the Illuminati.

Skullgirls isn't made by Capcom, Namco, NRS, or ASW, so as far as SRK is concerned, it doesn't exist.
 
Not entirely true. They've been really good lately about posting news on all sorts of things about the game, like updates, character releases, combo videos, and even SG news regarding other tournaments. It's only when it comes to Evo news that we don't exist, so I don't know if they have a policy in place to where they only recognize and promote official games or what.
