Hello, I'm a Gulf Coast player new to Skullgirls and fighting games in general and I'm looking for other beginners to play with instead of slumming it out in lobbies.

Hey there folks!
I bought Skullgirls a week ago and am completely new to fighting games in general. The only FG that I played more or less frequently is Divekick, and that hardly counts, now does it? :P
I have no Idea about anything relating combos yet and I can at best only defend against mix-ups, but cannot muster the mental presence to launch some myself; But beyond that, I guess, I understand the base uses and techniques of every character by now, using them the way it's encouraged in the Tutorials and should be able to hold my ground against beginner-level players.

For now I only have SG on PS3. I'm planning on getting it for steam too, in the distant future when it might on sale or something, until then, feel free to send me a freind request, I'll play with anyone even ifo they're better than me, granted that they don' mind teaching me, then. ^_^


Also, relating to the three PSN players above me: I'll try adding you folksas soon as I can, I really need more SG players in my friendslist; Don't expect me to be present a lot though within the next week since I'll have to work abroad for a few days and obviously can't bring along my ps3.

Hello. Have you tried watching some videos or looking some character guides in order to understand the game better?
 
I'm brand-spanking new to Skullgirls, so new I haven't even bought BB. I'm seldom online, but add me and hit me up for a punching bag. I'd like to improve, and help others in the process.
Edit: I forgot to say I'm in the Northwest Georgia area.

'Ey, I play at around a normal level, with a pretty good grasp of the game and it's mechanics. I'd be happy to take some newbies under my wing and let them throw me around while I blather about teching. If you're interested, toss me a message on either Steam or PSN.

I can't find you on Steam so I'll response here.

I'm interested but, the only time I'll be on for sure is on the weekends. During the week it varies. Is that all right with you?

No problem whatsoever, I'm relatively free on the weekends so that's cool with me, I look forward to future matches ^^

Not sure what my skill level is, i suck at the game but i'm a decent squigly/fukua >_<. Live on the East coast and just looking for more people to play with. Steam: Waraight
 
@Waraight I'm a bit busy at the moment, but I may be able to play later on. However, I'm only available on the weekends.

East coast noob here hoping to get some matches and learn stuff. Typically available on weekend evenings EST and sometimes on weekdays. Right now I can't combo for the life of me :PUN:
 
I'll throw my hat into the ring! New to the game, and I have limited experience with fighters, so looking for someone who won't perfect me every round to ease me into it :P Picked up Eliza and spent a lot of time in the training room; learned some decent combos but not much experience in an actual PvP match, don't know any advanced tactics yet either.

East coast USA, availability is all over the place, but will be free most of the time for the next week or so for some games.

(P.S. There are tons of "Big McLargehuge"s on Steam, my profile pic is the same one you see to the left.)

Yet another newbie enters the ring

Just picked up Skullgirls on Steam as my very first fighting game about 3 weeks ago, and have been playing it like mad ever since. I'd love to have some casual matches against other new players sometime, and maybe learn a thing or two from any matches with advanced players.

Just got Skullgirls on Steam a couple days ago, and looking for people to play with. I live on the U.S. East Coast. I'm a total noob, but would like to play against other people to get some practice and stuff in. Add me!

New player from Texas, if anyone wants to get some games on let me know. I can do a few OTG combo's, and know basic movement/footsies; but I just don't have the time put into any fighting games yet. Still grinding out the muscle memory/timing.
 
i'm a noob from the US (Eastern Coast), and seeking out other noobs to play with. i solo Peacock at the moment, though im considering teaming her with other characters.
 
West coast player here and looking for sparring partners to help improve. I'm not great but I guess I'm decent. You can usually catch me mornings.

Hello everyone !
I picked up Skullgirls on PC a couple weeks ago, I mean "seriously". So I learned a few combos with Cerebella and Eliza , characters which I find very entertaining.
I'm a big SF4 player so I already have the basics about zoning, baiting etc etc.
I'd like to add some begginers to play with, I'm from France so if you're from Europe i'll be glad to become your foe ! (America is a bit too laggy, even with the GGPO netcode :/)
