That's not how you link a source. Giving a link directly to the image helps no one. Linking to the tumblr page or website you got it from does.

And you were banned for repeated spam even after a mod told you to stop and thus accumulating enough warnings for an auto 2 day ban.

Yeah, and no one else was banned for that in that thread. I was made an example of for what reason? Did it encourage or stop spam? (Hint: Encouraged it.) Why was I targeted and I alone? You're fucking blind if you thought only my post was "spam." Everyone else just got there post deleted, they weren't handed out infractions for post in that thread. Only I was. Simply deleting my message then issuing a warning in a separate post would have been enough for me. And if I continued after that, then infract me. Don't infract me then not infract everyone else who posted spam after me.

If you're going to ban me for something that was already going on in that thread then ban EVERYONE that's posting spam. And if you're going to start with me as an example infract the rest of the spam that comes there after. Don't just delete it and act like it never happened when they can still post and then I wasn't able to. There's still spam being posted in that thread. Where's their infractions? Yeah some were handed infractions, but they didn't get edited red messages on their post so the world can know.

Only after that, was it deleted.)

All I get are "sorry, we didn't mean too." Well, I can't excuse it happening more than once, so "sorry."

Since the massive amount of spam, derailment and troll posts have since returned to reasonable levels moderator actions will be more standardized across the board now. That was just a special occasion because multiple places across the board were flaring up and it was impossible for the mods to deal with everything without just blanket warnings being applied, some of which affected some users differently.

I'd recommend moving this to PMs if you want to discuss it further. The fanart thread is not the place for this.

Current rules state:
  • Posting of NSFW images is allowed but they MUST be hidden in spoilers and marked as Not Safe For Work (NSFW)
  • Outright porn is still banned.
 
She could still be fine without it, as long as she's marked as NSFW.

I can be corrected on it, but I'd take a guess that "just" nudity doesn't automatically qualify as porn as far as these forum rules go.
