Painwheel Grabbing a flying PW

So I discovered that PW can get grabbed by ground grabs if she's flying lowest to the ground : her point rests on the ground, and thus she can be grabbed. If you fly a tiny bit up, she can't, even if the command grab's hitboxes reach, because her point is off the ground. The same is true for AA grabs. They will not hit her even if the hitboxes overlap when she is flying at lowest height. Is this intentional?

edit: this also makes it so certain character's PW's ground grab won't hit, since it is too small vertically. And Mike said that would never matter for ground grabs :3

I seem to remember getting snatched out of minimum flight by Double's ground grab, but I thought I just imagined it at the time.

@Mike_Z Can PW's grab hitbox be increased vertically to fix this?
