My thoughts on Robo Fortune: I don't like that she has an air dash. Her multi hit options are amazing, and with helicopter her aerial movement is nice. IAD j. MP is too good. It's faster and more ambiguous than Filia's j.HK and easier to convert than her j.MP.
Now, I know a good bunch of you might think "but Al, her combo potential". However, she can jump loop easier than Valentine or Double.
Her j.HP... Well that's a tricky one. If left alone it would just be something used in the neutral (that's not necessarily a bad thing, but then the frame data might need changing so she has ways to convert or be safe). Maybe if it had a followup where tapping HP again would basically do a command air dash? But seriously, she really does not need an air dash at the moment. We'll see how she turns out.
Oh, and her s.MP. I love the Makoto reference but:
1) the hitboxes do not compare. I'm not saying the should but the most important is the next point;
2) when it does hit as a poke, if not already OS'ing something (she has no moves other than more normals to OS into so this might change), at max range it's basically impossible to convert from because the followup hits miss, and even in some ranges when the followups do hit, it still puts them too far away to convert. It would be nice if the first hit had a vacuum effect much like every other multi hit normal.
