How could I read the "From Scratch 3: Skullgirls" artbook by Alex Ahad?

I don't find a way to read it. I'm also interested on reading all his artbooks. Is it possible?

The artbooks are limited prints and From Scratch 3 seem to have been out of stock for a long time. I don't think there are any way to easily obtain them apart from finding second-hand ones online.
