Also I got a question. So after we meet our goal, and the campaign ends, I saw something regarding the slacker backer. I don't know who can answer this for me, but if you donate during slacker backer time (Apparently it'll be open for 6-12months), do you still get the perks from the tier that you donate to or is it like I donate out of goodwill kind of thing?

I was hoping offline co-op could be implemented since it'd be fairly simple to just spread the character buttons across multiple controllers, but online? Hot damn.

Ah... I used to play through Symphonia with my little bro (my girl Sheena, one love!). Going back to our previous talk of supports, I liked the way Symphonia did it; your choices affected certain special events of the story (like who did the cooking or who goes to the beach with you) and a bit of the ending, but it didn't intrude too much. The dual skills for characters were simplistic most of the time, but gave a satisfying feeling of cooperation between the two characters (i.e. Double Sonic Thrust=Cross Thrust).

For anyone who's up for some cool tidbits, in the Baozhai video, around 15 seconds, First Mate Z goes on to talk about a certain three legged monster. Looking back at the interview, I made the horrifying connection:

Only $8K away from another character reveal on the backlog! Come on, we can do this! Let's see if we can push this to $100K overnight!!!
(Based on a post I made 14 hrs ago about us being at $1.125M. Actually looking at the numbers instead of the milestones and fiddling with how long a 'day' is, we've probably already done that.)
 
FYI how IGG tracks the campaign rankings after looking into it is the positions are locked based on where the campaign ended before the In Demand backers are considered. Example: Campaign X ends at $5 and Campaign Y ends at $10 without any In Demand counted. Campaign Y thus is ranked higher then X. X however was In Demand while Y wasn't. X ends up with $15 a week later while Y is still stuck at $10. X still isn't theoretically allowed to move up rank since they only consider non In Demand for rank placements. This is why you see various 1 million campaigns ahead of 2 million campaigns that are In Demand. Extensions [which is apparently not common] don't interfere with the rankings clearly as the campaign is still slowly entering top 25 for the site.

Kind of confusing and what is even more confusing is there are some placement errors too that have nothing to do with In Demand and was likely an oversight such as currency not being considered or other factors. Crystal Maze without In demand still made around 927,252 GBP which is over 1.4 million although we are well into pace to still surpass that.

tldr: Keeping track of the site rankings was much less of a clusterfuck during the SG IGG
 
Can't stop thinking about the Divinity tier that got added and promptly snapped up, I was about to upgrade from Patron Saint to make one of my characters playable (I'd spend all my savings but I think it'd be worth it now).
Do you think if no one claims the 20K Brahman tier Lab Zero might consider adding another Divinity tier so a playable Incarnation slot doesn't have to go to waste?
 
So with the most recent update I assume either we did are not getting a reveal each time since Red was announced before hand or that she counted as that one and LZ could not get out one of the other characters for the past update?

Also this must be pretty torturous for the people who wants to see scottish guy.

I believe the story screen counted as the reveal for $1,25m. Also, yes, poor Scottsman and Rope Girl fans.

Guess that makes sense, which will probably mean we only have 5 more character left to reveal after that and we all know who those ones are this point if the ninja guy is a thing.

I don't really see as much support for whistler and the other archer.

That's not how that works, though we might consider adding one anyway for other reasons. :^)

It would make me greatly uncomfortable to know you did that.

Also...whatever we make has to fit the world, and if they're playable we're going to be a lot stricter about that than we were with SG NPCs. I don't know who you've got in mind, but to be frank, Chainer definitely does not fit.

I mean yesterday was the perfect day for Scotsman day since it was st Andrews day, the patron saint of Scotland and other places, but mostly Scotland.
