Indivisible media coverage index

hmmm this is something cool. So the possibility of homosexual relationships in the game is there. Now i can guess there are going to be people trying to pair up the women together namely Ajna with X girl. But I'm actually more interested in the male relationships. (is that weird to say? eh what ever...)

Oh well love is equal, and I can't wait to see some lovin' happening in Indivisible.

Too early to 100% say there is, but I'm sure they might work som'in in. It'll fill a nitch that some other games have been ruining.

I'm okay with it but I don't want it to be forced like in borderlands tps where character development like with janey solely revolves around the fact that they are strong female characters who also are gay. That's one of the worst kind of char dev, not because they are different but because they make it look like it's the most special thing in the game. Okay, we get it, you are gay Game Character, no biggie.

From what I get after reading the article, Ravidrath wants to avoid that. He mentions wanting some characters to just happen to be gay, but not have them be defined by their sexuality.

Reminds me of Arcade and Veronica from Fallout: New Vegas, if done correctly. Both were indeed gay, however:
1) You had to explore personal dialogue options to learn it,
2) It was subtle (i.e. Veronica using "she"/"her" when mentioning her past love, treating it like a natural thing that does not require explaining/elaborating on),
3) It was at most a tertiary aspect of characters that were firstly defined by their outlook on/dilemmas about their respective factions and their involvement in the game's world, and secondly by their hobbies/tastes/sense of humour.

I'm going to add all of this now, thanks, just give me a little while to go through my alerts.

Edit: There. Couldn't fit in one of the websites, since it wasn't an article (it was just a redirect to the Indiegogo page) and I didn't know where to put it.

The April 2016 Edition of Game Informer had a 3 page little interview.

"Lanshi is a dog who regressed into a lower lifeform upon reincarnation."

LOWER LIFEFORM?

excuse me but i personally don't think a Tibetan Mastiff is a "lower lifeform" ESPECIALLY one that CONTROL FREAKING THUNDER AND LIGHTNING!

Not to mention that the sentence sounds like a dog regressed into a lower dog.

well it IS Game Informer... Grammar and sentence structure isn't their main focus. If their readers can get the general idea oh what the article is trying to say then it's okay. [At least to Game Informer it is...]

I'm also a tad confused when Peter says that you'll be leveling up... What i thought was that there would be this very minor lvl system where it would give the characters a tiny bit more health and other small buffs. That the real focus of the game would be the improvements of Ajna's Team/ Equipment and the Player's skill with said team and Weapons. That this game would be less Avatar Strength and more Player Strength. That if you didn't lvl up the battles might be a tiny bit harder but not so much that you would loose outright and be forced to grind, and also in the other hand where if you have Maxed Lvls it wouldn't make you overpowered, that you would still have a fight that would require your attention.

You're dwelling too much on Peter's phrasing. Focus on what Mike has told us instead.

Besides, Peter was just listing some of the general components of RPG's to describe Indivisible. It's not like there was much time to really explain all of what he meant by "level up." Like you said, it's just getting the general idea across.

From what I remember, the up and down moves are acquired by leveling up. That could be tied to equipment levels tbough, I suppose.

I'm not too enthusiastic about those articles anymore though. I lost all my respect for videogame news in general, but as long as it gets coverage for the slacker backer thing it's okay.
