Injustice 2.

I'm disappointed in Deadshot's voice.It's either Troy Baker or Matthew Mercer,and to me that reeks of "we didn't really care we just put him in the game and called someone up to voice rather than hold and audition or something".

Harley's face looks pretty damn good. You're 1 for 3 so far NRS.
 
With the customization, and NRS's NRS-ness, what are the chances this game achieves SFxT levels of P2W. Or Injustice 1 levels?
 
A mode where gear is disabled for tournament play has already been confirmed so, 0 chance I guess?

Also, I don't really get the Injustice 1 part of the comment.

That's actually good, that they made the equipment unnecessary. And the DLC characters were all stronger than the regular cast, barring Aquaman.
 
Were they? I only remember Batgirl being really good out of the whole bunch and even then, Superman, Aquaman and Black Adam seemed overall more popular.

MKX felt pretty P2W though. But that's only my impression from just watching ESL and Evo though. Might be very different from reality.

Skorpion was hotfixed into oblivion because of the salt his teleport created.
 

Ed confirms a launch roster of 28 characters (more than Injustice 1 at launch) and a large amount of post-launch characters. So maybe we won't see that many cuts. ¯\_(:/)_/¯

The only characters that I don't mind whatsoever being cut are Sinestro, Killer Frost, aaand Batgirl. Everybody else I will be sad to see leave.

I'm sad to say but i'm pretty sure Ares, Grundy, and Bane will get the axe, sucks because I liked them.
28 characters though? I can live with that.

Ares and Grundy, yeah. But Bane? Naaah. He's a very popular Bats villain. Though I can see Grundy taking his spot now that I think about it.
 
add Bane but make it so that when you select him you get the "Bane?" soundclip from Dark Knight Rises

I would want Sinestro simply because it would be another Green Lanturn series character. Batman and Superman characters will flood the roster like the last game otherwise.

It's because making anything related to that movie would be a travesty.
 
i thought grundy was like a batman character given his backstory.

however Grundy is a JSA villain thru and thru so it makes sense for him to pop up even in cameo form.
 
Grundy needs to retire as a villain. He did nothing wrong. Same with non 52 Mr. Freeze
 
I am actually confused how Freeze is even still a villain and not just an anti-hero by now

Anyway, New 52 Freeze can't be an Anti-Hero. They revealed that he enjoys killing animals and stuffing them in his freezer, and that Nora isn't even his wife. She's just some lady Freeze got an obsession for who's frozen.

Not everything was bad.

I enjoyed the Suicide Squad run, and I liked the fact that Harley got some good growth.
 
Yeah, but for every good thing that happened, 2 stupid things came with it. Like, Sgt. Rock's lineage was cool, but what they did with Batman Beyond and Superboy is fucking stupid in so many ways.

well, for Batman Beyond, the decided they'd start Terry McGinnis' New 52 storyline by killing him off in the past, and having a slightly older Tim Drake replace him, because that's what the fans like? just the costume? not the guy who had to deal with the death of his dad, teenage issues, and the fact that he was genetically spliced with Bruce Wayne's DNA from back when Terry was still in his dad's pants, right? who cares about that stuff?

and for Superboy, they took a really likable character who dealt with issues such as "am I gonna become Superman or Luthor? I mean I have both of their DNA" and picking up the pieces of friendships that he left behind after he died in Infinite Crisis, and instead made him a weirdo little prick whose only likable factor is that he has a tron suit I guess.

so when I clamor on about Terry McGinnis and Conner Kent being added into the game, it's because I got jipped out of them in their own media homes.
