Is challenge 23 even possible anymore?

You know, the challenge where you face Marie 200% as Eliza while draining. Since you start with 5 meter, I assume the player was originally meant to spam Sekhmet, which now is impossible due to Sekhmet draining health. Meter is pretty much useless for Eliza vs Marie now. Do you have any tips besides lowering the difficulty?
