I just randomized seeds on Challonge on my phone. I handwrote a really sloppy paper bracket as a backup. If you have rankings already established there are PDF brackets online that tell you exactly where to put players of certain ranks and tell you exactly where to send losers of match xyz, etc. I googled around and found this.

Basically lower seeds are replaced with byes for no-shows.
