Since there's no longer a place to talk about Jojo, thought I might as well make a thread for the upcoming JJBA Game, which looks like Anarchy Reigns or Power Stone, but with Jojo
Looks pretty good, but I'm holding Judgment until the full game comes out

Looks like it could be very fun to play online though, maybe with a friend.
I'm definitely looking forward to playing as Stroheim and Diego though

Also there was an update today which confirmed SPEEDOWAGON!!!!

I'm really hoping to see some more obscure characters in this game like Mikitaka the alien, Foo Fighters, and Hot Pants!
 
I love how Speedwagon's ability is Ogre Street Techniques, and he's assisted by people from Ogre Street.
How he's got Barry the Slinger with him

So yep, game could be shit and not have online but I'll buy it now that it's got Speedwagon
 
I'm pretty much fine with whoever else they add at this point on.
They could make Wang Chen with Dio's Severed Head playable and I'd still buy it.
Everything after Speedwagon is just gravy
 
I like how the first 3 new characters for EoH are the 3 characters everyone kept lobbying for during ASB

It's like CC2 was just all like "OK we get it, you got your Diegos and your Stroheims and your Speedwagons, the fuck off our backs now"

The long and short of it is that the powers at be have made some changes to the overall climate and structure of the forum and Off Topic was removed as a result. You can read more here and in this thread.

Actual content. It's interesting to see Jojo return to the arena style fighting games that the PS2 incarnations had, with multiplayer to boot. I do hope they make the environments look less bland because the one featured in the promo looks pretty dull (color wise).
 
I really wanted them to make a game strong competitively like HFTF was.
Would buy anyway, even if it's TTT2 like.

Also, I want me some Enigma and Highway Star in this game.

Yeah, that was the weakest one but it had a lot of potential with it's Fist on the North Star combat influences just poor execution. I think there is a good discussion to be had about how to pull off a video game adaptation to a pre-existing narrative (something the Phantom Blood game fails at) but that's for another thread on another forum.
 
Now that you mention it... a Hokuto no ken game with this graphic style could work really well! it only needs to be balanced, 60fps and have less DLC BS
 
Really, except for some VERY unnecessary characters like Fugo or Shige, I don't think there's gonna be any cuts from ASB to EOH, only mutually-new characters added on top of the ASB roster.

I don't really have any super desired characters that aren't already in ASB, but I wouldn't mind Guess, Daiya, Araki as a cameo character and brining Baoh back.

Sticky note version:
-Players only have one life per fight, but X Factor-ish power ups ensue when one side loses a character. Presumably, Caesar's blood bubble and Stroheim's suicide bomb are special death-only abilities.
-Diegosaur can't block, but Diego's human form can. Unclear if he can while on his horse, but probably yes.
-Stroheim is implied to be short-to-mid range in addition to the chest gun being long range
-Caesar can restrict opponents' movements
-Joseph can get his sledgehammer and tommy gun from briefcases, implying more stage hazards than just the spike pit and the throwable statues
-Josuke can heal teammates
-Everyone else just seems to be their respective selves from ASB but translated to a 3D plane.
 
That sounds really awesome, looking forward to all of it, and I guess all the ASB translations sound great.
Guess everyone else is coming back and we'll get new characters..

Not too sure about Inherited Will though, so some characters will just die after being retired, and others will just be KO'd? Roguh.

Fugo was one of the few tolerable people in part 5 who wasn't Bruno. But he was so broken that Araki had to put him on a bus.

I hope that they allow Kakyoin to place traps with Heirophant green similar to some of his fights in Part 3. He's one of my favorite fighters but most games just give him stretchy punches and I'd like to box people in before laying down the emerald splash.
