It's different and that bothers me
I wish I was joking,but I'm sure I'll get over it.
 
Part 1 and 2 had very different designs as well, we just got too used to how accurate the Stardust Crusader designs were, so when we get back to a different design, we feel uncomfortable.
 
Rohan looks like a huge piece of garbage so they're definitely doing something right
plus Okuyasu still looks as precious as he should

But i do admit, this is rather depressing.

Josuke and Jotaro's faces are terrible.

I think everything looks fine. It's stylized, and simpler. I think it fits the tone and atmosphere of Part 4, which is a lot less ambitious and large-scale than Part 3. More down-to-earth goofiness.

I am so glad they are sticking with Diamond is Unbreakable and nit fuckin' Diamind is not Crash. I always hated that name and Umbreakable fits Josuke more.
 
the new jotaro looks halfway to an CLAMP shoujo character,
 
Jotaro doesn't really look as sharp as he should. He looks like he ran out ta coffee this morning.
Josuke comes off a little better, but his face could be sharper too. Needs more hard shading.
Koichi, Okuyasu, and Trashcan all look fine though.
 
Jotaro looks like Part VI jotaro from the manga.

Well, in general the artstyle of the animation seems to be influenced by the style that was part IV ~ part VI.

I'm liking the way they're drawing the backgrounds. They look right out of the manga.

stop judging by part 3's standards.
I'm glad Butt Noses are gone. I am disappointed that the noses aren't filled out more, kinda looks weird. At least they'll be saving some money with animating this... well until Highway Star or something that is.

Highway Star needs to be a full three parter.
with one of those three parts being just for the flip.

Part 4 animation looks really poorer.

Josuke sounds pretty fucking tight though and I don't even need to say anything about Okuyasu
he's has his proof of concept already

well, it's either sound like Romi Park, or get compared to Romi Park because KLK fans liked that one performance and see her as this godsend of voice acting.

no, I mean that's where the spike in her popularity has come from.

she wasn't as big as she was when she was Lauren Sehak.
