The answer lies, in the Skullheart of battle.
I'm finding this move very situational and i have an idea to make people use it more often. Making the uncharged liver mortis connect with the first hit of st.hp would help you to get a charge and since there aren't meterless follow-ups this might be a fair and useful change.
 
Ignoring the fact that I don't think Squigly needs any more buffs right now, Mike wants her to look a little bit for sliding knockdown.
