Lobbies, still not getting a match even though I was ready but didn't have play one

During a recent online lobby session, there was a time where it was only 3 of use left and after the other two guys fought, instead of matching me up with either, it matched them up again together. Additionally, I was just stuck in the lobby screen and wasn't even able to spectate.

Now I recall that this was supposed to have been fixed in a recent update so I'm wondering if this is a glitch with the fix.
