Satan Lobby
What seems to be happening here is that some sound is playing over and over and the cursor selecting the different options goes crazy. It happens to the whole lobby and it prevents the game from starting.
Lobby Crash
Pretty sure this is a known problem, but lobbies crash a lot during the ready countdown. Other weird stuff tends to happen as well, such as the countdown going down to zero then not starting a game.
