Happens a minute or so in, and is possibly related to the graphical bug that precedes it (the number 89 left in the center of the screen after spectating a match).
My apologies if this has been reported already but I've never heard of anything like this happening, and a search of the forums didn't turn up anything similar.
I know lobby bugs aren't a priority right now but I figured I'd share this one, since it's weird as hell.
