I'd like to see another Ace Attorney character, maybe someone like Franziska von Karma.

The game is being directed by Norio Hirose, whose credits include Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom, Project Justice, Capcom vs. SNK, and Devil May Cry 4. We’re in good hands.

I saw a post somewhere (jeez this is vague) that Capcom is trying to showcase characters from their lesser-known series, right? Something along the lines of them wanting to give underrepresented characters of theirs some exposure?

Well, if that is the case... PLEASE CAPCOM, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GIVE ME A GOTCHA FORCE CHARACTER!

My #1 pick would be G Red, as he probably is the most popular character in the game, I would imagine.

For people asking WTF even is Gotcha Force? It was a GameCube release Capcom did a while back that kinda flopped. It had a pokemon-like amount of collectible fighting robots that you could arrange into fighting teams. Story mode was pretty fun, but the real fun was multiplayer (1v1, 2v2).


Did I just shamelessly plug Gotcha Force? Whooooooooops

I got plents of people from the Marvel Side.

Molly Hayes from the runaways immediately comes to mind, along with Moon Knight, Cloak, Bullseye, Elektra...

heck, revive some characters from MVC2 like Sabertooth, Juggernaught, Marrow, Spiral, or Blackheart.
 
I'd still be down if they added Cloak & Dagger as a single unit for a more obscure marvel pick.
Pretty obvious moveset potential for them too

Well considering that we have more than one type of infinity stone now, having unique mystical background effects based on each stone will make it easier for those color blind I guess? If you're like playing against an online opponent you know.

But if they're all the same generic background tho just toss my comment in the garbage lol

I mean like.
There are tons of viable X-men villains they could use.
I was most angry about how Sentinel has 0 character. Just a rank and file robot with no personality that catches mutants, that's all.
If people so badly want a Sentinel there are three named Sentinels that are more dangerous and have actual personality (Master Mold, Nimrod, Bastion)

But man, something with Apocalypse would be cool, even if he's not playable
Why not a reference to his Horsemen of Apocalypse? Gambit was famously the Horsemen of Death once.
