@Dhoppler how was your connection to MulNim? I didn't see a ton of rollbacks in that video, which surprised me.
 
It was really good. Good enough that I forgot that he was on the other side of the planet and asked if he was going to Frosty Faustings. I attribute it to him having really good internet.

He is genuinely the 2nd most feared peacock I've played, and he doesn't even use assists. He's great imo

I guess this is off topic now, but you can super after the slide if you can't break the habit otherwise.
 
I used to do regular rekka into super every time I threw. Slide really has no reason to be there. In the back of my mind I started trying to think of ways to get more off of it since blue bounce wouldn't give me the sliding knockdown. Honestly, the solution is to just spend more meter to dhc or figure out a couple of ways to press my advantage off of blue bounce.

I started recording because I do way too much dumb stuff and try to go for way too many reads when I could just as easily hang back and be in a good position.

@Dhoppler remember when we would scream at each other after matches when we died with full bars (or didn't spend meter when it would kill)? We should probably start doing that again.

edit: I wanted to do this awhile ago, but since this is like the BIGGEST bad habit of our community, I'm thinking of having a glass jar you have to throw a quarter in when you don't spend meter when you should when I start hosting Fridays again.

I was wondering are they any beowulf matches anyone has ? I feel like it's no actual YT content with him unless you want to see a BnB combo
 
There are stream archives with him from Skullbats, but in general people don't want to play/making Match videos of him is that...he isn't done yet. Once he's mostly done in the beta people will start to actually try and get serious with him, so you just have to wait.
 
I remember when big band was coming out he wasn't done yet but you could still find matches with him But I could just be tripping I think beowulf has enough stuff done for him to be on teams now

I feel like Jorge would get more use out of Beat Extend as his Big Band assist. It's more useful for the way he calls his assist; Brass doesn't work great as something to call out while you're under pressure.

I like brass assist with beowulf because you can usually do arm super and convert into a VERY damaging corner combo when it hits but yeah, not so great when you keep cornering yourself.

Here is my match versus sage from NEC where I go to character select twice-- once because I was confused and again by accident. It wasn't uploaded to the main channel with the rest of the top 8 footage for some reason but here it is. c:

That match, my match vs Wing Zero, and Fenster vs #FukuaTwerkTeam weren't uploaded. I also couldn't find the archive, do you know if it's still up somewhere?

Twitch auto-deletes archives after a set amount of time, so I doubt it. I have the whole top 8 downloaded so I could upload those matches as well. I'll do that later tonight.

That would be great, thank you! Also, if you have it, please make sure to include the Ginger Ale portion of my prematch. I feel like that was one of the most important moments of the set.

I'm not that good with teams... I still getting used to it. I trying to stop calling the assists then I'm under pressure. And I testing Beat Extend and Brass Knuckle to see who works better with Beowulf. And I need to stop dropping my combos with Beowulf, trying to work on that too.
 
Thanks a shit ton drewski! Still missing one though, I think it was Fukuatwerkteam versus Drewski. I know there's at least one more match with Drewski that's not up

That was actually attached to the end of another video. I don't remember which one though
 
I forgot this place was a thing and I have mad videos. I think I'll leave a playlist.
