Missing Color effect on Valentine's Vital Hazard

This happens when you use any of the syringe on Fukua.
As far I know, the drill is the only time Fukua lacks the coloring effect.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that that drill is colored/shaded separately as a separate section/region from Fukua's hair. Actually it might even be a separate sprite/object since you can clearly see her hair (the tip of Fillia's standing LP under it)

I think this looks like this since it originaly was made as a projectile and I think this still is treated as a projectle by the game instead of 'adding' it to the character's main frames.
