I too have been having difficulty recreating it, will post a video if I manage to bruteforce it.

Maybe it was a weird chain of events that caused it to happen, this is what was going on when I ran into it:
Peacock plants Lenny. Peacock then starts a teleport, Double uses Nightmare Legion and snares Lenny. Peacock, now behind Double by about half a screen length, uses Argus Agony to punish. Nightmare Legion proceeds to beat the snot out of Peacock.
