Please be more specific with your issue. What platform are you playing on and what actions have you tried taking?

If on Steam, try verifying file integrity and make sure that her DLC is activated in your DLC list.

Yeah it appears they deleted the post. The user who made it hasn't logged on since the date they joined and posted so I assume they found their solution or doesn't care enough to recheck.
