no but it did remind me that Krieg had a pretty funny/decent voice in the 4kids dub
plus that game didn't have to deal with the whole "poison suction cup" stuff

so it's neat

Like I said Grand Adventure is pretty good once you get past the 4kids Dub.

Pirate Warriors 4 will either not happen or only after a few years, I imagine they do wanna wrap up Dressrosa properly and also make Gear 4th playable.
So just stick with this for now
 
they coulda at least made Monet and Caesar playable :T

according to the trailers its going to be a retelling of the marineford story arc with some Dressrosa story stuff in there as well
so for the most part the roster makes sense
I know it just boils down to "the markers of the game wanted it this way"
but then why is kid, enel, x and perona playable then? by that logic they could of used
  • Donflamingo's officers for more Dressrosa roster (which could of been caesar or monet)
  • Mr. 1 or Mr.3 for more Marineford pirates
  • Inazuma to bring give number of Revolutionaries you can play as up to 3
  • Some of the Stawhat Alliance characters
  • More Marines which could fill either Marineford or Dressrosa roster

CP 9 WILL BE IN THE NEXT GAME PROBABLY
THEN MORE RECENT CAHRACTERS FROM FISHMAN ISLAND OR SOME SHIT
then probably more Alabaster characters
then some characters from the latest arcs
Then some movie characters
AND THEN we can get Earliest game characters (this is a joke I do want Arlong though)
 
Lucci is the only real glaring omission.
 
Also Sanji does like 1% damage to female characters. If your team is all girls RIP. Dead man skywalking.

They are low priority.

but seriously Lucci as a support character doesn't seem right to me
 
I love how I've been off the One Piece Wagon for like 5 years and I still recognize a large portion of those characters. Just goes to show how good Oda's character design can be.
 
Game launches tomorrow in Japan, looking forward to the soundtrack rips on Youtube.

But in the meantime, here's something interesting. The CSS has a second page for DLC characters and costumes.

24 slots, so we may see some actual worthwhile DLC characters like Lucci and whatnot.
