Steam - Windows Overlay in menues

Sometimes, when I go into any of the online lobbies, the previous menu overlays over the other menues (as depicted below). I'm not sure, but I think it happens after going into the training mode for a while and then going to the lobby.

Edit: I forgot to mention. This happens on the official version of the game (I haven't tried on the beta).
 
This has happened to me as well. Usually a restart works, if not i'd verify your files.
