Steam - Windows "Player one pause" when playing online.

When playing in a lobby I got the "player one pause" thing that prevents the accidental pausing. It was only in one match and didn't affected it in any way, was just weird. Also it was gone in all subsequent matches.
I took a screen shot but only later I realized that BB was blocking most of it.
