As a shout out to DBZ, Frieza-style Mewtwo, if put in a Pokemon Movie Series (I hope they bring Pokemon Movies back, they were really fun, reminded me of the Challenge Disks from Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness), should take 10 sequels just to power up to his full form. Then 20 more to actually start the fight.
Froakie G. The Rapper Frog Pokemon.LEAKED: Shiny Mega Froakie(3rd evolution of course)
The new one? Personally, I think it looks like he's wearing a Mewtwo-flesh-coloured shirt over street-hockey protective equipment. Minus the helmet of course because he's a badass and don't need no helmet.
Please don't let there be any "roaming legendaries" of the Ghost type this gen.
I feel like Grass and Electric should have had these properties already(though I believe Grass types were already unable to be seeded). Oh well. Hey, somebody wanna make a patch list of some sort? We don't wanna forget this stuff halfway through the game...
"I'll just send out Honedge, he should be neutral to my opponent's Shadow Ball."
"LOL, SUPER EFFECTIVE."
"......balls."
I was also wondering about Shadow Tag/Arena Trap. It only said moves, but I bet it'll include abilities too. It's kinda like how Levitate makes a pokemon immune to ground moves, but then they also aren't affected by Arena Trap.Electrics could indeed be paralyzed, but only by moves like Body Slam and Stun Spore, not Thunder Wave.
Grasses you're right, they can't be seeded. But the sleep powder thing is new to me. I had no idea.
And just get a pokemon with Arena Trap/Shadow Tag and you're fine. It's not a move right?
I'll do a patch eventually.
And poison's immunity to poison :PI was also wondering about Shadow Tag/Arena Trap. It only said moves, but I bet it'll include abilities too. It's kinda like how Levitate makes a pokemon immune to ground moves, but then they also aren't affected by Arena Trap.
I'm not too thrilled about Electric Type's new immunity to paralysis, but I guess it's no different then Fire's immunity to burn.
Wouldn't it be mage or at least wizard if we were going by generic RPG classes?
And Steel's immunity to poison. Poison really needs more love. And poison's immunity to poison :p
But yeah, it could very well be true. Ghosts got a HUGE buff with this gen. Ability to combat Steel types AND get to just waltz out of battle whenever you feel like it? Kickass. Though the grass needed all the buffs they can get. But with this buff, it'll just assume that grass vs grass will be one loooooong and boring battle... But I think that's more realistic actually...
Yea but the main problem is the stick in the tail looking like a broom and and when when attacking it's on fire when its pulled out still keeping a slight broom esc apperance
I've been advocating for a Grass/Fire type for generations now. Hasn't happened yet even though they have a PERFECT POKEMON TO USE FOR THIS PURPOSE. Sunflora needs an evolution that is Literally a SUNFLOWER that is on fire. Even if it isn't that, we want and need a grass/fire type. I mean we got a bug/fire, why not grass?
I can't decide on the Fennekin I want.
I'm thinking Fennekin cause I always go fire starter, and I already have a nickname for him (Fredrick). But I really, really want Fennekin (especially if he does end up Fire/Dragon in Mega Form).
I'm thinking Fennekin because his first and second forms look chill as fuck, and I'd get to pick Fennekin. Fennekin may be missed, but I won't loss any sleep over that one. Mega Fennekin is dope though.
I'm thinking Fennekin cause his first form is the most adorable. I don't like Mega Fennekin, so Fennekin isn't a choice anyway... but Fennekin's second form looks atrocious. Dat puberty awkward form, but it gives me hope for his third form.
Oh he is? Fuuuuck... This was the perfect opportunity, with the Fairy>Dragon thing. Oh well. I guess this makes my choice easier.
You are a delight to be around when there are no Waifu wars, sir.
Well, yeah, people always point to that, but the first Gen had three. And two in a row isn't necessarily a pattern yet, it's a coincidence. It'll be a pattern if this one turns out to be a two-fer (which I hope it is).
Also, forgot to mention it, but I really don't like that stick Fenniken's evolution has coming out of it's tail. I hope it looks better with the final form.
And another thing, does it feel like some of this Mega Evolution stuff is being made up on the fly? At first Mewtwo had what appeared to be a new form, I believe (meaning uncertain) it was announced as that. And then it was a Mega Evolution, with it being "Mega Mewtwo". And now it's "Mega Mewtwo Y", with an X counterpart. Maybe I'm overthinking it, though.
Pretty much
I was hoping that he would become a Water/Dragon pokemon based of the legends his first form is based off of (which would have a killer stach) but I'm happy we are finally getting a sweeper water pokemon (basing this off the more aerodynamic design compared to the other two starters)
