I for one welcome our new mega-evolved overlords.

I think it would be really hard to balance the stats and abilities and stuff. There are a shitload of completely new Pokemon, as the Megas would propably have different checks and counters and stuff. Limiting this shit to one per team would be kind of an solution, but I am not quite sure about that. The 3DS offers the ability to patch games, doesn't it? So this might be a cure, if they discover that something is really OP. I would really hate the introducion of new Tier lists, just for those Digimon ripoffs :D
Yeah, but again, it would make some of them completely useless, because they got replaced by better Megas, or because there are to many Mega counters. But we will see, I do not want to overpredict things, so I am seeing towards the release :)The way I see it, Megalutions give pokemon more options on how they are used and can allow some weaker ones to see more use with the boosted stats and alternate abilities. Besides, I'll bet some will get absolutely useless abilities when they Megavolve. As for better pokemon, the changes in stats and abilities could allow them to be used in a different way. Have a special attack based Lucario and your opponent switches in a special wall like (Mega)Blissey? Megavolve to boost his attack and take her out with Close Combat.
Also... MegaTangrowth. <insert tentacle jokes here>
Shenanigans! Shenanigans!
Well see there we go. I'm glad everyone agrees!
Fixed.
Megaluvdisk for Broken Tier. :p
I never know I wanted this until now
After looking at Lilligant, I am seriously hoping it gets Fairy-fied. Just imagine the raw, unadulterated, dream ending power of a Lilligant with added Fairy type attacks!
