Yes, the patch will have the not-final Glass Canopy music.

All current Beta changes will be in the patch, as well as some additional fixes, and they will come to consoles and PC with the Big Band update.
(They may come to PC earlier if some crazy must-fix bug is found, since they are all already ported to the "real game" side.)
This week's latest version will be at Rebel Up but I think the tournament is on the regular console version.
