Since the 5/30 patch, my Ensembles have been cleared like the patch notes said, but they will not stay saved if I set them again and close the game. Alt announcer and other player's voices also do not save between launches of the game.

Try disabling Steam Cloud saves for SG, and deleting your savedata.
