Shin Megami Tensei and Persona

I wish I was sure if I can actually get this one. Still salty/sulky about having to skip the new Blazblue on stubborn principle, but I refuse to buy pre-finished on-disc DLC and I hate the idea of a game with an incomplete roster (much less with core story characters missing). :(

I keep worrying they're going to announce Adachi and Rise to be pre-order and digital download DLC. :/

She is looking really cool though - she even seems to have Catellite options at one point?

But wasnt Kokonoe free with purchase of the game, also Atlus was in charge of DLC and I don't think they will be selling any because I heard it was going to be ingame purchases for ingame currency

Only digital PSN pre-orders got Kokonoe.
Only physical pre-orders got Terumi.

Everyone else paid for the other/both if they didn't preorder. I think?

And that's good to hear. Atlus I trust a lot more, so I hope you're right. ^^;

I wonder if the Catellite options are a super like Double's or a special. Hrm.

Edit: Also seconding that wish for a P4A anime instead of a Golden one. :(

The Ouroboros is probably a super move. The end of a super flash is shown at the very beginning of the segment of footage that shows off the move.

Huh, you're both right. Did not catch the super flash, but checked back and you can see that and Himiko activating it, yeah. Thanks for the heads up. ^^;
 
Also, it does not seem to be an Awakening super because it appears to have been super canceled into, and the reduction in health may have brought her to Awakening levels.

Uh, guys? Aren't we forgetting about the P3 movies? I think Atlus would want to finish those up before making a P4A anime.

Don't you know? Past EP, everyone in Persona is a giraffe. And that is why a crossover between the negotiation and Social Link eras is impossible.

it was reported last year that there were 120 casualties caused by giraffes. may god help all of the Persona cast once Junpei arrives.

It seems that Atlus Japan has put video recaps of most of P3 and P4 onto their YouTube page. MASSIVE SPOILERS abound, so I'm not gonna embed them. They should be the top six videos on this page.

As far as the fandom is concerned they're basically the same thing.
 
It's like comparing people that likes FF 4 and 6 vs people who like FF 13, really

The clássics are rough around the edges, but superior on creating world and ideas, while the new stuff is too "safe" and "tame", making it too easy to understand and overusing cash in stuff

Hahahahahahahahaha really you're going to compare P3 and P4 to Final Hallway XIII

...okay maybe that comparison's a bit accurate but I think that's overblowing it.

Easy to understand isn't necessarily a bad thing when the alternative involves RNG conversations and mashing X and O to get the perfect combination of skills rather than simply selecting them (thank you Devil Survivor). I will say that the modern Persona series could use some better dungeon designs (not randomly generated ones at least) and maybe some better villains and stuff, but to completely dismiss them all is kinda acting elitist and the reason that Persona fans have a tendency to never get along.

I love Rise's Dungeon theme. I can't listen to it without headphones because of.... moans. I like my parents thinking I'm not into dirty stuff.
