EDIT: see post a ways below by Koopy, it actually does if you delay between cMP and sHP, I jumped the gun on this one I TRUSTED U SEVVY we both press buttons too fast. its a medical condition.

Probably has to do with her crossup point being abnormally far back in her physical extent while crouching.

You need a fully delay between c.MP and s.HP to hit s.HP xx Kanchou.

Yeah dragonos mentioned something about this to me earlier, either delay cMP sHP or use HKMK Kanchou, time to let severin know that. Thanks for the video @Koopy
