Just earlier this week, Peter "Ravidrath" Bartholow (CEO of Lab Zero) finally confirmed that Skullgirls Encore will be released on European PSN on March 19th. Earlier today, however, it was discovered that Sony had already issued download "Entitlements" for Skullgirls Encore to those who had purchased the original Skullgirls. This means that while Encore, Squigly, and Color DLC are not actually on sale yet, those who bought the original game on the EU PSN can download and play Encore a week early! Yes, you read that correctly: a Skullgirls product is actually available earlier than expected. [prebreak]Keep reading...[/prebreak]

To reiterate, getting your free copy of Encore will not happen in the same way as the North American release. You will not be sent a message with a voucher in it. To download your game, simply navigate to the PSN section of your dashboard, then Account Management, Transaction Management and finally Download List. You should find Skullgirls Encore Trial and an activation key waiting for you in your download list.

Unfortunately, due to some crossed wires, certain regions will not receive their Entitlement downloads just yet. Ravidrath is working on getting them resolved as soon as possible, but for the moment, 12 countries will have to wait for their free downloads.

Again, please note that Squigly and the Color DLC pack will be available as planned on the 19th. They will both be free at launch, so get them while you can! Until then you can keep yourself busy with the rather significant list of changes to the game.

Ok I just found the game in the store to day and since I bought and still have the original installed its allowed me to download it for free which is cool. Ive gone through the account management and their is nothing in the download list though except what I have ofc already downloaded.

Squigly and the colour pack are also priced at 3.99 and they have just come out why? Ive already bought the game twice once on PSN and once on PC bought the colours before and supported the kickstarter I really dont want to pay again am I missing something here? probably please let me know.

It even says in the game blerb that Squigly is free for a limited time but she obviously isnt I even tried going to the checkout just to make sure and yup it would deduct 3.99 from my account. Has Sony messed up the pricing?

So when will we in these "unfortunate" regions get it? I live in Norway, there's no Encore in my download list.
The only Skullgirls in my list is the original game.

Can't even find Encore in the store, and I've checked everywhere I could think of where the game would be.
Indie section, all ps3 games section, I've searched for it, nothing.

Man, that does suck for you. I really hope this can get sorted out

You could ask @Ravidrath here - http://skullgirls.com/forums/index.php?threads/ask-ravidrath.86/ or on the SG Twitter page, but I don't think they can confirm everything 100% right NOW. It could be another case of PSN bureaucracy.
