Skullgirls indiegogo rewards shipping

Hello everyone!

Back in 2013 when the indiegogo "Keep Skullgirls Growing" campaign started, i got myself the "Contributor" perk (56$ perk) which would give me a physical shipment, a SANSHEE poster.

I've read a SRK post (from August 25, 2014) saying that the rewards shipping was about to happen, but since the day I got the perk, I've never received any confirmation email or notification about when the shipping would be done, or if it has already been done. (and yes, I used the Humble Bundle merchandise voucher thingy)

So.. Did someone get the physical rewards yet? Am I the only one who didnt receive it yet?

Hiya! We're still slowly working through international shipments, but a majority of the US shipments should have gone out already. Where do you live?

Though technically when I say "we" I mean our vendor, Sanshee. They're going through them as fast as they can but it's taking much longer than anticipated. Don't worry - your physical rewards will still get to you!

I live in Brazil, but I don't know anyone who also ordered the Contributor's pack here so I was feeling kinda lost D:

Also, do I get to choose the character poster? I remember someone telling me it was more of a custom skullgirls poster instead of an one character only poster
 
No. Like the T-shirt, the poster design was already decided. Here are the stuff I got so far to get a better idea.

I'm in the same boat as JojOnny, though I'm from Sweden.
Haven't received any notice regarding my shipment what so ever.
I'm getting really anxious when I hear about all the others who've already gotten their merch.
Scared that I've been forgotten =<

Is there like a date when we can assume that our stuff has been sent, or do we have to check back each month or so?
 
Hi, Kabe. There are a significant number of international shipments that are still waiting to be processed. We've talked to our vendor about this multiple times, and they've said it's just taking much longer than anticipated. You haven't been forgotten.

Unfortunately, they're not able to give us a clear date on when all shipments will be sent out, even though we've asked them a number of times.

We apologize for the delay and for the anxiety caused, but don't worry - you'll still receive your items.
 
in taiwan, no one get any physical reward yet.

International shipments experience HEAVY delays, and have resumed as of late last week. I'm writing an update for backers right now, so expect full details sometime tomorrow!

Sorry for the prolonged wait. :(
 
I live in Russia. I had three $150 packs and received three t-shirt + poster + postcards bundles. This leaves three physical OSTs and sketches. Also one of the pledges contained animation cel.
Were those shipped internationally already or are you still waiting on physical OSTs?
 
We only very recently finished the artwork for the physical OSTs and they are going into printing really soon if they haven't already. I'll have to confirm. We're also finishing up sketches and the animation cels right about now. Hopefully we can get those shipments out before the end of the month, but knowing us it might be a little bit longer than that.

But don't worry! We'll get your stuff to you! :)
 
Oh, so they weren't shipped yet. That's okay. I just was curious if you started to ship and I missed memo =]
Also can you tell me if digital goods (OST and compendium) will be updated soon?

Is it going to be possible to just buy the physical OST? I have the digital one, but the physical copy looks awesome.

I don't think we're gonna do that unless we want to sell it for an exorbitant price. The tier to get it was $150 and it's supposed to be an exclusive thing for backers of the campaign. Selling it on its own would undermine that.
 
Yeah, I gotta say, the packaging for the physical OST turned out amazing! If you guys do just as great a job for Indivisible's physical items, I might really have to jump on those.

Speaking of the Skullgirls digital stuff though, are the older characters' frames being updated in the Compendium? Once it's updated, I'm debating if I should just add Beo and Robo's folders to my current set, or archive both sets. I don't think I'll have time to go through every frame, but I'd like to make sure I have a complete collection, so I gotta try to back up those butts!

Older characters' frames will be updated for the compendium, yes. That means all cleanup fixes, Val's purple crosses, and any frames we changed in any way.

I too anticipate that final IndieGoGo email notification with the last digital rewards. Kinda bittersweet though. Sad/glad to see one of the most satisfactory crowd-funding campaigns I ever supported come to end.

An official update will have to wait until either later this week or mid next week.

I don't remember which physical rewards you're specifically asking about, but here's what I know off the top of my head:

- Physical OSTs have been manufactured and were recently shipped to our vendor Sanshee. They should start shipping out to backers very soon but I don't know when.

- Cels are finished and need to be shipped out. We have been inundated with Indivisible work and have been able to make the time to handle that ourselves but we will after the IGG campaign for Indiv starts.

- Large sketches aren't all finished yet. Some of the artists have had to put those on hold until work on the Indivisible prototype was finished but they should be able to finish them up after the campaign starts.

- Smaller sketches aren't finished yet either but several of the artists have finished their quota and others aren't far behind.

Did I miss something specific you were wondering about?

We just recently spoke with the Sanshee employee handling shipment stuff, and for international shipments, especially ones that include cels, there is a slightly delay in processing the orders that they're currently working through. Specifically, when they try to spit out the shipping address through their automatic label printer, the address gets corrupted. They're currently working to resolve that issue right now and have assured us that it'll be resolved soon.

tl;dr - No need to worry, it'll finally be shipped out really soon, but we certainly wouldn't blame you for some frustration with how long it's taking. :P

I got my cel recently. There also were two OSTs and two sketches but there should be three of those. Looks like Sanshee missed one of my pledges. What should I do? Contact them directly?
