SkullGirls Retail Has Become Very Quiet [SOLVED (Mixer)]

Exactly what it says on the tin: over the past year of playing SkullGirls, SkullGirls Retail has become increasingly quieter and quieter. I have attempted to delete the video setting file to see if that would rectify the problem but no dice.

Here's a comparison video, both games running at 100% Music / Voice / FX. Headphone warning, SkullGirls Beta is extremely loud so make sure you turn your volume down before Beta comes up.

For a comparison value between the two games: Retail at 90 / 100 / 100 is almost equivalent to Beta at 10 / 20 / 20 (!!!)

Issue was with the volume mixer.
