Fans of Skullgirls won't have to look far for majors to attend; it's been confirmed by several parties that Skullgirls Encore will feature as a main game at Combo Breaker (Rosemont, IL), Northwest Majors (Des Moines, WA), and CEOtaku (Orlando, FL)!
- Reborn from the ashes of UFGT, Combo Breaker will be organized and hosted by tournament veterans who know how to run their events cleanly and efficiently, all while ensuring that participants have the best time possible. With a huge selection of tournament games and other miscellanea to whittle away the hours, you'll have plenty of reason beyond Skullgirls to try and make it out to this incredible event.
- Combo Breaker will be held at the Crowne-Plaza O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois from May 22-24, Memorial Day weekend. Register here!
- Hosted out of Washington state, Northwest Majors have accepted Skullgirls Encore into its sizable roster for their 7th annual tournament. By welcoming our community with open arms and having over a half-decade of tournament-organizing experience under their collective belts, you would do your best to try and make it out!
- Northwest Majors 7 will be held at the Highline Community College in Des Moines, Washington from April 24-26. Register here!
- Rebelling against the Western world and normalcy at-large is CEOtaku (working title), an all-anime fighting tournament brought together by Jebailey of CEO Gaming fame. If you're a fan of the Japan, this tournament may be for you; alongside Skullgirls Encore, CEOtaku will feature a large selection of other fighters from developers such as Arc System Works and French Bread. Melty, anyone?
- CEOtaku will be held at the Allure Resort in Orlando, Florida from October 17-18. Registration has yet to open, but keep your eye out!
All event details are subject to change. Make sure to follow Skullheart's Combo Breaker and Northwest Majors threads for event discussion and meet-up planning!
Let's make 2015 a great year for competitive Skullgirls.
