Hello there!
I formatted my PC not so long ago,it's been hours actually.Before format It was running with no problems at all,However as of now it has a bit of problems.
Often randomly,the game slows down while I'm playing.I got those DirectX&Visual C++ stuff from the redist. folder.
My PC is like that if it's gonna help a bit:
Windows 8.1 Single Language
64-bit
Intel Core i7 5500U CPU@2.40 GHz

An Edit after 1 Week Later: Somehow,I fixed this by cleaning-up unneeded files and tweaking things by analyzing what's wrong with the help of Task Manager.
