Woooah. The colors, man! Awesome! And the stances are perfect, too.
 
I like your sprites. There's one thing bothering me though: what's the function of the light blue color on Parasoul's sprite? Is it supposed to be as the highlight or a stylized shadow?
 
I think it's meant to be a stylized shadow, as I can count eight colors there.

Both of those sprites have 6 colors in their palettes
Parasoul: Red, Skin1, Skin2, Grey-Black, Black, Blue
Cerebella: Grey-Black, Black Orange1, Orange2, Green, White

Um, anyways... Other than the obvious Umbrella one, I'd have to say the Green and Grey one reminds me a lot of a Dark Angels Deathwatch marine.

I don't know why.

It lost because it didn't have Annie on it. SHOULDA LISTENED TO OL' DDB ON THAT.
