Squigly lore questions

Squigly really is a cool character, I love her so much. However, I have a lot of questions about her on a lore perspective. I mean, how is Leviathan able to grow arms like in her 214PP ? How is Squigly able to speak ? Is it magic ? Can a parasite like Levianthan decompose after years of death ?

If im remember correctly, Squigly could speak because she mentally sending messages trough Leviathan, so he could sent them. About the arm thing, i suppose the old Theons able to transform into their "ultimate" form for a short period (likes Samson does in one of Filia's blockbusters).
About decomposation, i dont clearly know. Parasites can turn into "minimum" form when there's no way to find a new host for a while. There is no documentation about dead theons
