Steam - Windows Strange Glitch on Skullgirls PC

Alright so basically today Skullgirls is only running at 4 FPS when yesterday it ran at 60.
there have been no major patches to the game in that time, and all of my drivers are up to date. i've tried reinstalling the game several times as well.
if anyone can tell me why this is happening or some way to fix it that would be great.

Well, recently Steam has been messing around with users settings because they want to force big picture and more of their features. To me it messed up my controller and in your case could be your graphics settings. Try to go into Big Picture mode and check your settings if that helps.
