Man I've been stealing tech from here for a while. Anyways here is my contribution, its impractical as hell
uses 5 meter you have to have both charges and napalm pillar. Unfortunately I cant record it, but do trust me it looks really cool. haha

Oh here's some squigs x bb assist combos for 7.7k H brass knuckles & 8k for M A-Train. Enjoyyyyy.
Idk if theyre optimized and i dont really care at the moment. i just wanted to mess around in training mode.

 
Fukua Assist BnBs using H-Clone (SOOO great with squigs trust me) & such getting 7.7k and 7.4k with a mid-combo-charge thingy.

After all these vids ive made, hopefully you see some of the structure im employing.


Show me your squigly/double stuff. I'm three days into learning that team.
to be completely honest....there's not really manyy good ones :/ best just to use that DP assist...but ill check.

Can anyone tell me an easy 15 to 20 hit normal combo with Squigly? The only combo that I can learn is this: s.LK, s.MK, s.HK (In air) j.LK, j.MK, j.HK, qcf.HK. & I only know that cause I'm only good with combos that follow in a pattern like this. Light, Medium, Heavy,(In air) Light, medium heavy. Can anyone tell me an combo that has that? Both normal combo & one with a super.

The fact is you might think you can only do what you can right now, but you have to practice. There's no other way. Might as well start now so you don't get Into bad combo habits like 99% of the other squiglys out there.

From *1 to *2: Wait out the cr :HP: until the last hit then cancel into Arpeggio. Then wait out until the last hit of that so the character moves as far away from you as possible so SBO can easily connect.

Im not entirely sure this is the most damage you can get with squigly lock n load but it feels like max damage.
The trick to get undizzy to ignore up until the second s.hp(x2) is to call it right as you do c.mk. if you miss time it you will end up with an extra 50 undizzy making the rest of the combo not work.

Does anyone know of any crossup resets that work on Big Band?

peacock is an ok assist. for the most part and double is universal.
parasoul is very good as well and bella.........is decent tbh

-call it at the end of your combo to get a free charge
-call assist backdash level 2 sing for unblockable (not the best but it works)
-a ton of pressure.
-easy midscreen doublesnap
Not sure how Bella is not a top pick for Squigly. I run this team and its kinda incredible.

What's the blockstring? Even with Cerecopter I would think there's a point where they can pushblock the point out.
 
So I have been frequently using that Big Band/Squigly set-up to quite some success, and might even make it my go-to.
How well would Eliza fit into the equation I wonder? Based on what I have seen, she too like Big Band can absorb hits with her assists as well as cause blocklock which gives Squigly some breathing room, or even start her mix-up game. Also, music!
 
Yo @Squigly Lines The real focus on Squigly/Eliza is Horace Divekick assist. It hits high so you can do some nasty mixups and you get really fun super ground bounce combos if you are into that kind of thing. Send them to the moon. Also I recommend Eliza/Squigly/BigBand if you go with that team. Squigly gets 1 charge + combo on DHC or 2 charges and you can read the tech for oki.

As a matter of fact, this was the Exact team I was going for. It is so perfect too because Musical Performers!
 
Squigly/Double Raw Tag Combo, 7.1k with one meter. Not shabby at all, as this is only 300 short of my usual chargless BnB.

This has applicable uses in game to me because I think double backed by cremation is craaaazy good.

It does more if you use daisy pusher after the silver cord instead of car at the end, but only works on certain characters.

I'm using Squigly and Double and I'm really liking it. The original idea were just providing a safe DHC with cat heads and corner pressure with bomber for squigs, but it can work both ways. Car into SBO can take you off the corner and at same time put your opponent into the corner. With Squigly I'm testing ashes to ashes as a assist. It's weird, I know, but people tends to block low when I use flash step to get behind them, so I frequently get a conversion doing this.

And, of course, that combo with raw tag that Dolfinh posted really helps to get in with double without spending bars (or spending 1 bar with sing + SBO).

How do you guys feel about Center Stage as an assist?

It has some unique utility in that it allows you to confirm into snap loops midscreen. It also has some utility at neutral, though it seems fairly predictable and somewhat gimmicky a lot of the time.
 
It can interact oddly with some moves that cause wall bounce (Cerebella Kanchou). You can get midscreen double snaps but that means you have to wait until you get a happy birthday on them to even call your assist so if you are playing duo you are kinda at a disadvantage. It can blow up peacocks as long as you protect squigly (Parasoul Egret dive) Its very gimmicky though and if you have a tendancy to call assist a lot then you are going to get happy birthday'd a ton. Has potential to be cool.
 
Do you guys thing Squig/Beo could be good? I'm thinking :QCF: :LP: as Beowulf's assist with :D::HP: as Squigly's. Those are mainly damage extenders atm, like, with Beowulf: :LK: > :MK: > :HP: > (Assist) x4 > :QCF::LP: > etc, while Squigly can use it as an OTG should Daisy Pusher not be an option like

... > :QCF::MK: > (assist) > Charge> :D::LK: > :HK: > :UF::MK: > etc

I dunno, it's an idea but i know little about team dynamics so i'm unsure if there's a better assist for Beowulf

also Beo's Giant arm (:QCF::PP:) into Battle opera is another cool way to convert from beo to squigs provided you've got the meter (LM after the first hit, or any on the second hit if it puts the enemy into a corner)
 
Unsure why I never posted this, but Squigly has ways to convert off of both lk hornet bomber and hk fiber upper:

LK Bomber: c.mk c.hp xx Silver Chord
HK Fiber Upper: j.lk j.hk xx hk divekick

The reason why I use j.lk j.hk for the latter is because the hitboxes and multihits make it surprisingly easy to combo. I've ran into more situations where doing j.lk > j.mk > hk divekick hasn't worked compared to j.lk >j.hk > hk divekick.
