TTT2 should be fine but I doubt there's anyone online anymore
it still has the biggest roster though, even it's there's more than a handful of clones

but it has Jaycee and not Julia so it's A+

tekken 6 is super cheap and you can just get dark resurrection on PS3 since it's just a port of Tekken 5.

I'd definitely recommend picking them up.
mostly because they're both good Tekken games.
 
I didn't know Dark Resurrection was on PS3, I thought it was PS Vita only.

I mostly meant if I need to know anything from those games for Tekken 7
Aside from the fact Jin owns the Kickstarter Company now
 
Getting Tekken 5: DR or Tekken 6 is fine, I would recommend Tekken 6 since it has a very fun 3D final fight mode. TTT2 is too oriented towards the team mechanic that will not be in Tekken 7.

Lee was one of my favorite characters back in... was it 5? I don't even remember anymore, but it gives me another reason to consider getting this game when it comes out
