What can you say about Nintendo? They saved the gaming industry, have a bunch of franchises, and innovative consoles.
...So why not talk about (most) things Nintendo here? Stuff that doesn't have a thread yet, or isn't big enough to have a thread.
Stuff like Pikmin, Star Fox, Metroid, games/stuff like that!
Though, you can also discuss the latest Nintendo Direct as well!

EDIT: More honestly, this snow makes me wish I was upstairs playing Donkey Kong Countries Snow area soooooooo badly.
 
Unpopular opinion: I enjoyed Mario Party more when I was playing on my own.

So, what is everyone's favorite Nintendo game?

It used to be Donkey Kong Country or Metroid Fusion, and for a time being I would immediately call Fusion, but... I dunno. Nostalgia's washing over me, and I don't know if DKC or Fusion is my favorite game ever...
 
My favorite Nintendo Franchise is probably Zelda.
But since we have a thread for that already I'll say Star Fox.
I wanna get into Metroid more too

How many of guys have played Diddy Kong Racing? Pipsy needs more love, all my friends made it a race to Diddy, then whined that DK wasn't playable.

I played DKR. I didn't play it THAT much, to be honest, but I did like it a lot. That said, I thought Mario Kart 64 was better for multiplayer, if only because it was easier to actually get people to play Mario Kart with you. For the record, my favorite character would probably be Timber or Tiptup.

If they're all playable then no doubt he'd be in it. It'd make no sense to cut that little guy out. Hell... if they can throw him in the 3DS Mario Party then I'm sure he's in 8.
 
Still... Mario Kart 8 reminds me of Crash Nitro Kart. Just better.
 
One character that needs to be in Mario Kart 8 is E. Gadd.
 
This is gonna make it harder for me to go back to Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed now... least it has Danica Patrick. :')

But what about Conker? Tiptup was cool, Timber was also cool. Didn't care Drumstick that much.

Oh my God that game.

So much rage when I found out how to unlock the Rooster dude and Tic-Toc. I would play as a mixture of Diddy and Banjo.
 
I had never even heard of Conker back then, so I didn't really think of him as anything special. I actually was pretty surprised when I found out he was in his own game, not to mention when I found out about the CONTENT of his game. I thought Drumstick was pretty cool, but that's mostly because he was an unlockable character.

That made me sick, the content of Conker's game. Granted this was found out back in 2004, so yeah.
 
Mostly I was blown away that that game was on a Nintendo console. I mean, Mortal Kombat and Duke Nukem were, I guess, but Rare was basically second party at the time. It was kinda like Shadow the Hedgehog in its jarring-ness.
